Mr. Dafe,Charles Erikefe was born on the 24^th august,1955.He was educated at the following schools:

1.      St. Francis primary school, sapele ,Delta State

3.      st Pius Grammar Schoo,onicha-Ugbo,Delta State

4.      Continuing education Centre,Benin City

5.      Auchi Polytechnic,Auchi and;

He obtained a Higher National Diploma in 1982 from Auchi Polytechnic and a Master in Project Management from University of Lagos in 2002

Mr. Dafe has to his credit the following professional qualifications:

1. Associate Member, Incorporated Association of Architects and Surveyors Northampton, UK (AMIAS)

2. Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Quantity surveyors (ANIQS)

3. Registered Quantity Surveyor-QSRBN RQS 634

4. Associate Member, Project Management Institute Inc. (PMI)

His working experience cuts across the public and private sector. He retired voluntarily in 1994 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor from the Ministry of Works, Transport and Housing (HQ), Asaba.

Currently, he is the Principal Partner Chavan and Associates.

Mr. Oyema Robert Idahosa was born on the 28^th February; 1955.He was educated at the following schools:

1. St. Joseph primary school, Benin City, Edo State

2. Immaculate conception college, Benin City, Edo State

3. Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi

4. Willesden College of Technology, London

He obtained a Higher National Diploma (Building) in 1980 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management from Glasgow College in 1981.

Currently, he is Executive Partner, Chavan and Associates.

Mr. Joseph Azikwe Campell was born on the 30^th  August; 1954.An Associate member Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Corporate Member,Nigerian Institute of Builders.

He has been on the board of Chavan Associates since 1997 till Date as an Executive Partner.
